Your FREE Initial Consultation can be Over the Phone OR Online!

Regardless of whether or not your spouse is aware that you are considering a divorce or that you have made the decision to file for a divorce, we recognise that it can sometimes be difficult to come into the RJS Family Law offices to have your first initial FREE consultation.  This is why, at RJS Family Law, we give you the option of having your initial consultation online or over the phone.

There are many reasons as to why you might want your free initial consultation over the phone, or online – at your convenience. These might be:

  •  You don’t want to be seen or caught out – If you’re at the stage where you are considering it but, as yet, don’t want anyone to know, a phone or online consultation might be a little more discreet.

  • You’re in an abusive relationship – Being seen by friends, family or people known to both you and your spouse could possibly bring serious consequences to you (and your children) should your spouse be informed.

  • Full time carer for your children – Getting to our offices, with young children, could be logistically difficult for you; furthermore, if they’re of an age that they are talking, they could – in all innocence, tell your spouse where you have been.

  • Busy with work commitments – We all know this one! No matter how important it is that certain matters get discussed and resolved, it can be difficult to take time out of work.

  • In another country – You might be visiting family, be on holiday or away with work. Sometimes, matters just can’t wait and if you’re away by yourself, this can present the perfect time to talk!

When you can, call or email RJS Family Law to set up a convenient time for a FREE phone or online consultation. Should you wish, we will not call, text or email you back to confirm this appointment. However, do remember to clear your call or online history!

A FREE consultation, online or by phone, will give you the opportunity to get all the answers to the many questions you will undoubtedly have as well as information on the best way forward. This includes, when necessary, advice and support on safeguarding issues for you and your family.

‘Face-Time,’ ‘Zoom’ and ‘Microsoft Teams’ are all popular and are a great way to familiarise yourself with the close-knit team of experts at RJS Family Law, although a phone call can be just as good at giving you that all important feeling of support and a certain degree of peace of mind.
