Rachel McGrath – Family Solicitor
Rachel is a family solicitor and heads up the RJS team. Rachel has been qualified for almost 22 years and as a specialist in family law, Rachel is a family accredited solicitor with the ‘Law Society’ as well as being a member of ‘Resolution.’ Resolution is a body of family lawyers committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
Rachel is also a qualified Solicitor in Western Australia and has a special interest in ‘International Relocation Cases.’
Over the years, Rachel has developed a reputation for being sympathetic whilst fighting hard on her client’s behalf to get the best possible outcome.
Eleanor Tolley – Legal Secretary
Eleanor, or Ele as she prefers to be known, has the perfect experience to complement the RJS team in more ways than one. As a mother of 5 and her own family having experienced child contact issues, Ele brings to the RJS team a degree of empathy that clients can relate to.
Studying hard whilst looking after her first child and gaining qualifications in Legal Text Processing, Word Processing and Business Administration created the ideal platform for Ele’s 22 years experience as a Legal Secretary.
Mary Mendy - Legal Assistant
